An initiative of De Grafische Werkplaats Den Haag

Seven young artists from The Hague and Rotterdam who had little experience with printmaking techniques, were invited by the Grafische Werkplaats and Lisa Blaauwbroek to investigate how they can apply printmaking in their work and what added value this can have in their daily artistic practice.
After having a work period, masterclasses and an exhibition in the Grafische Werkplaats Den Haag they continued working on their projects, resulting in work that wouldn’t have fit in the previous exhibition where everything still had to be accessible and practical.  Within Slash Gallery they got the opportunity to experiment more with the placement of their work in a space where no boundaries exist.
