In December the Council of Den Haag let us know that the Grafische Werkplaats has to temporarely move out of the Prinsegracht during the second halve of this year, so they can improve the buildings Prinsegracht 14a-16 to make them more sustainable and environmently friendly.
This presents us, besides our job to future-proof the Grafische Werkplaats, with our second big challenge for the coming year. A temporarely move is of course a mayor challenge. It will not be possible to take all our facilities with us and offer them on our (smaller) temporally location.
This also gives us new opportunities. The renovation will mean a huge improvement in the quality of our location. The Council has also promised us to include overdue maintenance. We ourselves will grab this chanche to clear up, clear out, redesign and improve our facilities.
Our goal is to return in our improved accomodations at the start of 2026 with a party to celebrate a fantastic and ambitious new plan for our future.
