During this workshop, led by graphic designer Julian Sirre, you will learn the do’s and don’ts for digital design for analogue screen printing or riso-ing. What do you need to do to screen print the design appropriately? Julian gives clear examples and gives you tips on how to best edit your files for screen printing. After an introduction you will start working on your own design. An ideal preparation for screen- or riso printing for when we open again!

In the week following the workshop you can ask him questions via a whatsapp group.

Required: a Laptop with a basic design programme, such as Photoshop (there is 1 laptop in the workshop available for a participant).

Main information about the workshops.

  • The workshops are given in small groups.
  • The workshops will only take place if there is sufficient interest and after payment for the workshop or course.
  • We do not give refunds if you are unable to participate in a workshop or course.
  • Unless otherwise stated, the course prices include the basic materials for printing the lesson assignments. You can purchase additional materials for a fee or bring your own. The use of own materials is not reimbursed. Coffee and tea are offered free of charge during the workshops.
  • On presentation of an Ooievaarspas 50% discount up to a maximum discount of € 330,- including VAT per participant per year. If you have an Ooievaarspas, you cannot register online for a workshop. Send an email to info@graphicwerkplaats.nl.
  • KABK students receive a 50% discount on participation costs.
